1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Used or opened products.
- Items purchased on sale or during special promotions.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Go to your Order History and select the order you want to return.
- Submit a refund request by providing the reason for your return.
Once your request is approved:
- We will send you a return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Ship the item(s) back to us at:

4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos and details.
- We will gladly issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
6. Shipping Costs
- We will cover the shipping costs for all returns, whether due to damage, defects, or customer-requested refunds.
7. Missing Free Samples
If we forget to include a free sample with orders of any brand that is a 12-pack of 16 oz bottles, please inform us within 30 days of the delivery date to address the issue.
