3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Go to your Order History and select the order you want to return.
  3. Submit a refund request by providing the reason for your return.

Once your request is approved:

  • We will send you a return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Ship the item(s) back to us at:

4. Refund Process

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos and details.
  • We will gladly issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

6. Shipping Costs

  • We will cover the shipping costs for all returns, whether due to damage, defects, or customer-requested refunds.

7. Missing Free Samples

If we forget to include a free sample with orders of any brand that is a 12-pack of 16 oz bottles, please inform us within 30 days of the delivery date to address the issue.
